We have worked with the Eurostar’s engineering team and their engineering consultancy to:

· optimise Class 374’s light maintenance regime

· review light maintenance schedules and document content to identify time saving and potential scheduling efficiencies

· evaluate changes and compile system change documentation to aid review before approval and implementation

· undertake alignment studies to execute maintenance regime changes
